account reconciliation
paperwork organization
bill scanning
home organization (a place for everything and everything in it’s place!)

I charge $35.00 per hour or can trade for items listed on this page. Business services I’m willing to perform include:

bank/credit card reconciliation
receipt entry
invoice/statement generation
collection letters
mailings
data entry
document scanning to PDF
report creation in QB
write letters
thank you notes after events, or as marketing customer contact
process streamlining

If your services include mailings, I do NOT cover the postage or supplies (envelopes, brochures, postcards, etc.). I also do not do phone related services.

For Trade

I do both personal and commercial bookkeeping, as well as administrative-type support. I charge $35.00 per hour or would be willing to work out a trade for the following things:

building a garage and/or materials for garage

sprinkler system installation and/or materials

landscaping and/or plants for landscaping (partial sun/partial shade)

housekeeping

homegrown/canned goods

homemade baked goods

local meat, game or fish

handmade kids toys

children’s books

sewing – alterations/hems, other projects as desired

gift cards to places like Walmart, Target, Meijer, JC Penney, Borders, and Children’s Place.
